Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • With original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are applicable only for size, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value or refund

Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed as store credit, can be redeemed anytime.

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect product selection.

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The product received is damaged

    • The product received is incorrect (wrong item, wrong size)

In such cases:

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared for verification.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed as store credit, can be redeemed anytime.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is from our side.

  • PRASUNA CLO reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange or refund request if the policy conditions are not met.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
